OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES – JOINING PNC TOTALREWARDS VOICES

NO PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Joining PNC TotalRewards Voices sweepstakes entry period will end on May 31, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. This sweepstakes is administered by Schmidt Market Research (“Schmidt” or “Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open to PNC Bank customers who are legal residents of the United States subject to these eligibility guidelines and official rules (the “Official Rules”). Limit one entry per person; participants who submit multiple entries will be disqualified. Failure to provide an established email address as of the announcement date of the sweepstakes will disqualify the participant from the sweepstakes. Employees of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., Schmidt Market Research (Schmidt) or their subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of such individuals are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged. Entrants must be 18 years or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes ends May 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period: 1) Profiling Questionnaire Entry: Entrants will qualify for Joining PNC TotalRewards Voices sweepstakes based on successful completion of the Profiling Questionnaire and provided their profile meets the criteria for the sweepstakes. To access the Profiling Questionnaire, please click on the link provided in the invitation sent to your email address. Entry into the sweepstakes represents entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to comply with these Official Rules. An entrant will be asked to provide his or her full name and email address. Once the completed Profiling Questionnaire has been submitted, the entrant will be entered into the prize drawing. To enter without purchase or obligation: 2) U.S. Mail: If an entrant does not wish to complete the Survey questions, he or she may enter by hand-printing his or her name, street address, city, state, zip, telephone number, complete email address and the path to the Survey for which entrant was selected (the URL address) on a 3” x 5” index card, putting it in an envelope, and mailing it to Schmidt Market Research, 125 Hillvue Lane, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15237-7317. The URL address of the Survey is necessary to identify the specific sweepstakes being entered. Mail-in entries that do not include the URL address will be disqualified. Mail entries must be postmarked by the last day of the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Multiple entries from one household will disqualify all entries from that household. All entries become Administrator’s exclusive property and will not be acknowledged or returned. Schmidt will not be liable for delayed, illegible, incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate entries or entry information, whether caused by web site, visitors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Schmidt reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a computer virus, bug or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Schmidt reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Schmidt will be administering the sweepstakes on behalf of PNC. This sweepstakes is not available through PNC branches or by phone.

PRIZE. At the end of the entry period, May 31, 2026, there will be drawings consisting of these awards: two (2) VISA e-Gift Card prizes in the amount of $100. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes to be awarded: $200. The winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by independent judges whose decision are final on issues relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email no later than five (5) days after drawing, and must respond to notification within seven (7) days of first attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be awarded approximately 10 days from receipt of the winners’ response to the prize notification letter.

Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and publicity release by five (5) days after responding. Correspondence will not be acknowledged.

Noncompliance within the allotted response period will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable. No monetary or other prize substitutions by winner permitted. Schmidt and its client reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value for any and all prizes in the event of prize unavailability. No other substitutions or cash equivalents allowed. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any additional fees associated with their prizes. All federal, state and local laws and rules apply. Schmidt will conduct all drawings. All decisions of Schmidt are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The prizes will be mailed within 2-8 weeks after the winner returns the required documentation. All prizes will be awarded. Non-winning entries will NOT roll over.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Prize entry material is subject to verification and is automatically void and will be rejected if irregular in any way, or irregularly obtained. Entries must be submitted by the person whose name is entered onto the entry form. PNC and Schmidt assume no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind resulting in lost entry forms. PNC and Schmidt reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time if it is determined that technical or computer malfunctions or intentional tampering or hacking have occurred which effect the integrity of the sweepstakes. All submissions become property of PNC Bank and Schmidt. By submitting an entry, you accept and agree to these rules and all decisions of Schmidt and PNC Bank and release Schmidt and PNC Bank of any liability arising from your participation. You also agree that PNC Bank and Schmidt shall be permitted to use your name, address (city & state), statement, voice or likeness for future promotional purposes related to this sweepstakes in all forms of media (including world wide internet announcements) without compensation. Odds of winning the Prizes will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release to be returned within the time specified. For IRS reporting purposes, winners may be required to provide their tax identification number.

The affidavit and any other claim forms are subject to verification. If, in the Sponsor’s discretion, such claim forms are irregular in any way, or indicate that the person named as winner did not comply with these rules or eligibility requirements, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to return any required documentation, then the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. PNC and Schmidt reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at its sole discretion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. An entrant’s entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Schmidt, if he or she attempts (a) to enter the sweepstakes through any means other than described in these Official Rules; or (b) to disrupt the sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with any component of the sweepstakes. Submission of an entry further constitutes the entrant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to Schmidt any and all rights, title and interest in and to the entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights, and upon Schmidt’s request, entrants will execute any documents necessary to effectuate such ownership.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize which may be awarded in the sweepstakes. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Administrator, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the state of Michigan; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Administrator in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal Information collected from entrants is subject to PNC Bank’s Privacy Statement located on www.PNCTotalRewardsVoices.com. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

PNC TotalRewards Voices Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

SPONSOR. PNC Bank, The Tower at PNC Plaza 300 Fifth Avenue Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222-2401 (“PNC Bank”)

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: No purchase or transaction from PNC Bank is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not attend any sales presentation arranged, sponsored or organized by PNC Bank to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period, as defined below. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

THE PROMOTION. These official rules (the “Official Rules”) shall govern the PNC TotalRewards Voices Monthly Giveaway (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion, as determined by PNC Bank and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST PERIOD. The promotional period for the PNC TotalRewards Voices Monthly Giveaway begins on June 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. EST and ends on December 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotional Period”). PNC Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond PNC Bank reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined in PNC Bank’s sole discretion. In addition, the term and duration of the Promotion may end at any time in the sole discretion of PNC Bank; provided, however, that all Giveaways, as defined below, will be awarded for the period in which the termination occurs.

ENTRY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligible participants (see Eligibility section, below) can enter monthly by completing a survey and clicking on the link in your email invitation from our PNC TotalRewards Voices. Only qualified members of the PNC TotalRewards Voices Online Community are eligible for the Monthly Giveaway. Only eligible entries actually received in accordance with the terms of these Official Rules will be included in the Monthly Giveaway drawing.

ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of the drawing. Employees of PNC Bank, its affiliates and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and agree to accept all decisions of PNC Bank with respect to this Promotion as final. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

GIVEAWAY. Five (5) $ 50 VISA Gift Cards* will be awarded each month (the “Giveaway”). Winners may be required to complete an eligibility confirmation and prize acceptance form.

All valid and complete entries submitted are automatically eligible for the Giveaway drawings, which will be conducted on or about ten (10) days of the last day of each month. The Giveaway winners will be determined in a random drawing to be held by Schmidt Market Research, on behalf of PNC Bank, whose decision is final. The winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) working days of the drawing, and the winner need not be present to win. If a Giveaway winner cannot be located within 5 days of the drawing, an alternate winner will be drawn. In the event that a winner is not determined after two (2) attempts have been made to contact five (5) potential winners, Administrator may elect not to conduct any further redraws and not award any such Giveaway. Giveaway winners may be required to complete an eligibility confirmation and prize acceptance form, to be returned within time specified or Giveaway award will be void and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Giveaway may not be substituted for cash, transferred or exchanged. Taxes on the Giveaway are the sole responsibility of the winner. Information concerning the award of the Giveaway and the Giveaway winner may be reported on Form 1099 to the Internal Revenue Service. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants.

All submissions become property PNC Bank. By submitting an entry, you accept and agree to these rules and all decisions of PNC Bank whose decisions are final. PNC Bank reserves the right to distribute entries in any fashion it selects, to accelerate or modify the method of distribution and to refuse entries to participants, who, in its sole determination, abuse any privileges in order to participate. All Giveaways are awarded on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability by PNC Bank. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.

RELEASE. The Sponsor shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from your participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. By submitting an entry to the Promotion, each participant in the Promotion expressly agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements; and (b) release, hold harmless, and waive any and all claims against PNC Bank, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his or her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, or while preparing for, participating in, attending and/or traveling to and/or from any Giveaway-related event or activity; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process for the Promotion; and (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. By entering the Promotion, each participant gives his or her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor by telephone, mail, or email for Promotion purposes. PNC Bank is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible Promotion-related materials; or for Promotion materials that are processed late or incorrectly, or that are lost due to any reason whatsoever.

DATA COLLECTION. PNC Bank will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Promotion. Please review PNC Bank’s Privacy Policy statement at www.pnc.com. By participating in the Promotion, and providing any personal or customer data, participants hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy statement of PNC Bank.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY GIVEAWAY THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE GIVEAWAY. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION.

USE OF INFORMATION. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to PNC Bank, and its affiliates to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likenesses, and any statements made by winners regarding the Promotion and the Giveaway, for marketing and publicity purposes (including, without limitation, use on the web site of PNC Bank and/or its affiliates) without any compensation and for purposes of complying with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
